betahaus needed a simplified onboarding email sequence that would onboard new members to their coworking space. So, we collaborated with Lenny Leiter to produce off-kilter GIFs to brand the series and paired it with short-and-sweet copy with the simple goal of getting members to click through to the member section of the betahaus website.
Our informal series of 3 emails invited members to get set up in the space, familiarized them with their perks, and solicited feedback after 6 weeks, increasing both the open and click-through rates of the onboarding campaign.
